Usually about 2/3c agave to 1 cup sugar for baking, then drop the baking temp by 25F and add 5% baking time...it seems a little crazy BUT you are adding more fluid instead of substituting a dry product for dry product! I usually try my agave substituted recipes for myself first, then make a real one for guests :) good luck!
